Delivery on mainland UK orders usually within 10 working days. Standard costs are displayed on the site
Orders up to £159.99 (excl.Vat) - £9.95

If you require delivery on a Saturday this can be arranged at extra cost. (Please check with customer services)
Orders placed on a weekend will not be processed until the next working day.

For remote areas, off-shore and Northern Ireland please allow an extra 3-4 days for delivery. Due to weight restrictions additional charges may apply. See our full terms and conditions of sale.

Delivery is usually made by courier. If you have any queries concerning delivery of your order please contact our Customer Service Department by email at sales@medicalrefrigeration.co.uk

Export Orders
Export orders must be sent by email only to obtain export pricing and freight costs. If you have any special requirements please email sales@medicalrefrigeration.co.uk with full details of your order, listing the quantity of each item, the Product part number, colour and size required if applicable. You will receive a quote by return.
Minimum export order GBP £1000.00 before freight.
We have many years of export experience and only use approved freight forwarders. We can export to most places around the world. Your order can be shipped by air, sea, road or courier, dependant on weight and volume.
